Refund and Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a K9 Kingdom purchase or gift for any reason, K9 Kingdom welcomes you to return new, unused products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@k9kingdom.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, item description, and reason for the return. You will be provided with return instructions and the return address.
Conditions for Return:
• Products must be returned in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
• You are responsible for the cost of returns.
• All returns are subject to validation and approval at K9 Kingdom's discretion.
• Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment.
• Items that are damaged, opened, or used may not be eligible for a refund.
• Certain items, such as items purchased on sale and used items are not eligible for return.
Exceptions:
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
