What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a n email letting you know that your item is on the way.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
After making purchase, customer have a 24 hours window to request cancelling – we will happy process full refund. After that the 24 hours have passed, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address.
We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we ship it out.

The K9 Kingdom Brand
K9 Kingdom Dog Products are designed with the bigger dog in mind. Product features to support care and control of larger dogs:
Our Collars feature handles for training and dog control, extra large buckles for secure fastening, and extra width with 3.8 to 5cm width.
Our Leashes feature Metal Carabiner or Frog Clip Clasps, dual handle and bungee flexibility.
Our Harnesses are durable padded Nylon with large secure buckles and solid handles for secure dog control.

Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. Our stock is replenished on a weekly and sometimes a daily basis depending on the particular item. If a partticular product or size is currently out of stock and you would like to preorder or be notified when the product is back in stock you can email us at info@k9kingdom.com.au.
